- CLAIM_PENDING
- VERIFIED
- REJECTED
Public profile edits remain restricted until verification is complete.
Verification Expectations
You may verify by:
- business email (preferred),
- document upload (license card/renewal evidence),
- escalation evidence path when needed.
For technician claims, verification should align with the correct level (Registered or Certified) and matching license details.
Continuing Education (CE)
Your credential may show a CE status:
- CE Complete: You have met continuing education requirements.
- CE Required: You need to complete CE for renewal.
CE status is pulled from regulator data. Contact TDLR directly if you believe your CE status is incorrect.
If Rejected
Common causes:
- document unreadable,
- license number mismatch,
- name/business mismatch,
- relationship to license holder not established.
Use the rejection reason, correct evidence, and resubmit. If you need help, contact our support team.
